Description
Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL) is hiring a Dispatch Engineer – Reconciliation and Reports to prepare power system operational reports for production, demand and outages; and monitor and report on production performance of generators, distributors and other customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Production of system operations reports.
- Generation and Demand reconciliations.
- Deemed Energy and Availability reconciliations
- Outage statistics compilation and analysis.
- Market operator transaction reconciliations
- Wheeling loss reconciliations
- Ensure Operational Statistics are well maintained and up-to-date.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must have a Bachelors in Electrical engineering
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in power system operations
- Computer skills in advanced Analytics software applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Analytical skills
