Description

SanlamAllianz Life Uganda is hiring a Service Center Supervisor (2) that enjoys coordinating service delivery, supporting agents, and solving customer issues. You should be comfortable taking ownership, guiding others informally, and working across teams to deliver consistent service outcomes.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional insurance qualification is an added advantage.
  • At least 2-5 years’ experience in insurance operations, customer service, underwriting support, or a service center role.
  • Exposure to life insurance servicing, customer retention, or distribution support is preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple service priorities.
