Description
Britam Uganda is hiring a Branch Manager to support agency distribution growth and branch performance.
Mandatory Pre-Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Life Insurance Industry
- Must already have an active sales force structure
Minimum 50 active Financial Advisors ready for transition Minimum 5 active Unit Managers under supervision - Proven experience managing agency sales teams
- Demonstrated track record in recruitment, retention, and sales growth
- COP Certification is an added advantage (Candidates pursuing
COP studies are encouraged to apply)
