Description
HR Beyond Limits is hiring a Sales Representative with the folloiwing key duties and responsibilities;
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Greet customers and identify their needs, preferences, and budget
- Showcase motorcycle models and clearly explain their features and benefits
- Arrange and accompany customers on test rides
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions, including trade-in evaluations
- Process all sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Provide financing, warranty, and insurance options in collaboration with the finance and insurance department
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Upsell accessories and upgrades to enhance the customer’s motorcycle experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with the service department to schedule maintenance and relay service information
Business Development
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and motorcycle rallies to network and promote the dealership
- Work with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, new model launches, and demo days
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised showroom environment
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering and level monitoring
- Track personal performance metrics and contribute to dealership sales targets
- Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Job Requirements
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of motorcycle models, features, and industry trends (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Should be able to ride a motorcycle.
