Description

Chint Uganda is hiring a Marketing Manager to plan, lead, and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support revenue growth.

 

Reports To: Head Business Development/General Manager

  • Innovation in campaign development and problem-solving.
  • Development and enforcement of department SOPs.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Digital marketing, social media, and content management skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research, data analysis, and reporting
  • Budget planning and cost control skills.
  • Event planning and campaign coordination capability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPls)

  • Operational KPIs
  • Growth in brand visibility, recognition, and media presence
  • Increase in social media followers, engagement rate, and website inquiries by 30% per quarter.
  • Number of qualified marketing leads generated and converted to showroom visits or sales
  • Timely completion of market research and competitor analysis reports.
  • Submission of monthly marketing performance and ROl reports.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Additional training in digital marketing, branding, or communications is an added advantage

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ of managerial experience in marketing, brand management, or communications.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and leading teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing, PR, and event coordination.
  • Experience working with agencies, media partners, or corporate brands is an added advantage.
