Waiters & Hostesses

Location: Bukoto – Ntinda Road Branch (with possible duties at other branches)

Role Overview:
Waiters and Hostesses will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. This role involves greeting and seating guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

• Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel.
  • Fluent in English reading and writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
  • Take orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure tables are clean and set up correctly.
  • Handle customer queries and provide menu recommendations.
