Talent Foresight is hiring a Telesales Associate to play a crucial role in expanding Talent Foresight’s client base by proactively reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products. This role requires a driven and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at building rapport, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting our value proposition.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs and alignment with Talent Foresight’s offerings.
  • Present and explain the benefits of Talent Foresight’s [services/products] to prospective clients.

Lead Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads in a timely and effective manner to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads to meet sales targets.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Sales Performance:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such as Spreadsheet
  • Working knowledge of any CRM software would be a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of the Human Resource and Management consulting industry is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in any commercial-related field.
