Acorns International School is hiring a Teaching Assistant – Early years responsible for providing classroom support and working hand-in-hand with the Lead Teacher to deliver the curriculum and ensure that all learners get quality education
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teaching all areas of the curriculum
- Preparing the classroom for lessons
- Classroom display and submission of paperwork
- Working one-on-one or with small groups of students
- Professional Development and collaborative planning
- Helping on School outings or at school events
- Reporting and liaison with parents/ guardians
- Assessment and report writing
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or any related
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is added advantage
- Experience working with children
- Relevant teaching experience
- Experience in an international school is an added advantage
