Rendalli Limited is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our people and organisational growth goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job profiling to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen and assess candidates using various recruitment channels.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold the company’s employer brand.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on hiring metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. CHRP/CHRM) will be an added advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labour laws and HR policies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
