Store Manager

Exciting Opportunity for a Store Manager at Medequip Uganda Ltd. We are actively seeking dynamic individual to join our team in Uganda as Store manager. As a vital member of our vibrant team, you will play a key role in Customer Service, Merchandising, and Stock Management.
Requirements include:
1. Must Have Bachelor’s Degree
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
3. Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of experience in store management, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
4. Inventory Management: Proficiency in inventory management systems and understanding of stock control, ordering processes, and logistics.
5. Team Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates, technicians, and administrative staff.
6. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide product support.
7. Training and Development: Experience in training staff on products, services, and operational procedures.
8. Planning and Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedule staff, and ensure efficient store operations.
9. Problem-Solving: Ability to address operational issues, resolve conflicts, and implement solutions effectively.
10. Verbal and Written Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and suppliers.
11. Good English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
12. Software Skills: Very good with Microsoft office (Word & Excel) and preferably knowledge with QuickBooks software
13. Attention to Detail: Precision in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
14. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry standards.
