Tenza Flour Mills Ltd is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our wheat flour products. If you have experience in field sales, are skilled in customer persuasion, and can effectively follow up with clients, we want you on our team!
Job Type: Commission-Based
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Salary: Commission-based (earn based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new customers and market opportunities
- Convince potential buyers to purchase our wheat flour
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in field sales (preferably in FMCG, food products, or related industries)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven
