Role Overview:
The Restaurant Supervisor will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, staff performance, and overall efficiency of the restaurant. This role involves supervising and training staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive environment for both customers and employees.

  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
    • Fluent in English reading and writing.
    • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist the manager in overseeing restaurant operations.
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
    • Manage inventory and ensure quality control.
    • Support customer service and handle queries effectively.

General Requirements for All Positions:

  • Fluent in English reading and writing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
