Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including kitchen staff, chefs, cashiers, and waitresses.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest experience.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor financial performance, including managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Train and develop staff to maintain a high level of service and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or bar management.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling issues.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant or bar management.
- Proven track record of managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
