We are hiring Promoters (10)
Reporting: Brands and Promotions Manager
Work Location: Kigunga – Mukono
Key Responsibilities
- Attend all targeted events and promote BPIL brands
- Carry out promotions as arranged and planned by the Brand & Promotions Manager
- Set up promotional displays or booths at events, trade shows or retail locations.
- Feed- back information to management regarding market trends, preferences, competitor activity & pricing, performance of our own products and sales opportunities.
- Conduct live sampling and product trials from time to time
- Ensure product visibility by setting up banners, displays and other promotional materials
- Encourage customers to purchase products through persuasive communication
- Address customer queries, concerns and objections regarding products
- Participate in product launch events, campaigns, and in-store promotions

Education and Experience
- Diploma in sales and marketing
- 1-2 years’ experience in a busy commercial environment
- Aggressive selling and promotion skills
