1. Farm Manager (PU6.11)
- Department: Commerce and Business Management
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day farm operations including crop production, livestock management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement farm budgets, plans, and policies.
- Monitor farm activities to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Manage procurement of farm supplies and equipment.
- Conduct research to improve farm productivity and sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in farm management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of modern farming techniques and sustainable practices.
2. Senior Assistant Secretary (PU6.11)
- Department: Administration
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to senior management.

Qualifications:

3. Teaching Assistant (Science) (PU7)

Duties:

- Participate in departmental meetings and curriculum development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or related field.
- Passion for teaching and engaging with students.

- Previous experience in a teaching or tutoring role is an advantage.
4. Legal Officer (PU6.2)
- Department: Legal Services
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and support to the university management.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the university in legal matters and court proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Enrolled advocate of the High Court of Uganda.
- At least 2 years of experience in legal practice.

5. Assistant Records Officer (PU7)

Duties:
- Manage and maintain university records and archives.

- Valid driving license for class CM.
- At least 3 years of professional driving experience.

9. University Librarian (PU3)
- Department: Library Services

- Manage library operations and resources.
- Develop and implement library policies and strategies.
- Promote information literacy among students and staff.
- Oversee cataloging, acquisition, and circulation of library materials.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Library Science or Information Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in library management.

10. Senior Estates Officer (PU6.1)
- Department: Estates and Facilities
Duties:
- Oversee the maintenance and management of university properties and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets for maintenance and estate development.
- Supervise estates team and contractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Estates Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
