Description
Movit Products is hiring a Media Supervisor responsible for overseeing and implementing the Media marketing strategy across multiple beauty and personal care brands. This position requires strong leadership and Media expertise to manage day-to-day operations, execution, and performance of Media campaigns.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Collaborate with senior management to define the Media marketing strategy and goals for each brand.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel Media marketing plans across social media, SEO, paid media, email, and influencer marketing.
  • Ensure Media strategies align with each brand’s unique identity and business objectives.
  • Stay informed on emerging Media marketing trends and apply best practices to campaigns.

Team Leadership

    • Lead a team of Media Executives, providing direction and setting performance goals.
    • Mentor and coach the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to drive individual and team performance.
    • Allocate resources and manage workflows to ensure efficient task completion.
    • Manage team development by identifying training needs and offering professional growth opportunities.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Oversee the creation, launch, and management of Media marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns to assess performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Implement A/B testing and other techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage budgets across Media channels and ensure that campaigns deliver the best possible ROI.
  • Ensure proper tracking and reporting of all campaigns and performance metrics.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging Media assets (ads, videos, social media content) that align with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with category and trade marketing teams to align Media marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure that website copy, blog posts, and other Media materials resonate with target audiences.
  • Partner with the PR and influencer teams to execute campaigns that leverage influencers and social media partnerships effectively.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and present detailed reports on campaign performance, with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyse key Media marketing KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Regularly track industry trends and competitors’ Media strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation or improvement.
  • Utilize Media tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, email marketing platforms, etc.) to gather data and inform decisions.
  • Report on overall Media performance to senior management, ensuring that all Media marketing efforts contribute to the company’s broader business goals.

Financial Management

  • Monitor and control the allocated budget.

Risk Management

  • Identify risk due to change in channel or competitive landscape.

Compliance

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in execution of duties in the country.
  • Ensure Adherence to Movit Group and In Country Policies and Procedures
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Media marketing platform.

Related Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Media marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership
  • role.
  • Proven experience working within the beauty and personal care industry or similar fast-paced, consumer-focused sectors.
