Atelier Mayanja  Ltd is hiring a Marketing and Sales Executive responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing sales for our home fragrance products. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the Ugandan market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our home fragrance products and increase brand visibility in Uganda.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.

• Create engaging content (e.g., blogs, videos, product descriptions) to showcase our products and their benefits.

• Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and product launches to promote the brand.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, banners).

Sales
• Identify and target potential customers, including retail stores, hotels, spas, and individual buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively pursuing leads and closing deals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products.

Other Duties
• Collaborate with the team to develop new product ideas and improve existing offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry gatherings.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the retail, luxury goods, or home fragrance industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:
• Strong understanding of the Ugandan market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, email marketing software).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
