Description

   Human Resource and Administration Manager are professionals tasked with strategic planning for staffing, conducting interviews, and hiring personnel to foster a productive work

Duty Station:  Bugolobi, Kampala, Uganda

Reporting to: Managing Director

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
  • Experience Level: Mid-level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Key Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • To ensure that all administrative issues are looked after, e.g. staff contracts, monthly approvals, routine payments for electricity, water, etc; ensuring that statutory licenses are in place, leave approvals, processing of payroll, recording of attendance.
  • To ensure that all employees are kept happy by addressing all issues, complaints, etc.
  • To be in charge of recruitment
  • The right person will head the entire Human Resource Department and look after over 150 employees.
