Renault Trucks Uganda is hiring HGV Truck Drivers operate heavy goods vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently, adhering to strict safety protocols and delivery schedules. This role requires professionalism, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of road safety and customer satisfaction.

Location: Kampala, Uganda (with potential regional travel)

Minimum Requirements

• Driving License: Valid Class CE license.
• Experience: 3–10 years of proven experience driving heavy goods vehicles.
• Certifications:
  • Defensive Driving Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
• Age: Between 25 and 50 years.
• Police Clearance: Valid international police clearance letter.
• Medical: Current medical certificate confirming fitness to drive.
• Documentation:
  • LC1 letter (Local Council 1 recommendation).
  • National Identification Card.
  • Two professional recommendation letters from previous employers or supervisors.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and/or Swahili (written and spoken).
• Technology: Must own and be proficient in using a smartphone for communication and navigation.
