HASS Petroleum Group Graduate Trainee Program 2026
HASS Group in Uganda is helcoming applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program. The Trainees shall carryout the following key duties and responsibilities;
HASS Group primarily refers to Hass Petroleum (U) Limited, a leading regional oil marketing company that has operated in the country since 2005. Part of the larger transcontinental Hass Group, it has a network of over 40 retail stations across Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rotational assignments across key business functions
- On-the-job learning supported by experienced professionals
- Mentorship and coaching
- Exposure to regional operations and diverse markets
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (minimum Upper Second Class Honours or equivalent), or awaiting graduation
- Minimum B grade (or equivalent) at secondary level
- Nationals of the respective countries
- 25 years of age or below
