
DFCU Bank is hiring a Graphics Designer- Temp to provide timely, high-quality visual content that supports the Marketing team in agile campaign execution, brand storytelling, and internal communications. The designer will ensure consistent visual branding across all segments and domains during high-volume campaign cycles and strategic projects, especially on internal engagement channels and customer emailers.
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design visual content for internal and external campaigns including digital banners, onboarding journeys, stakeholder reports, and comms assets.
• Support real-time marketing executions with brand-compliant, on-demand creative output.
• Ensure visual content aligns with dfcu’s brand guidelines and enhances storytelling and customer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and other cross-functional teams for creative input and timely delivery.
• Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and use across the team.
• Execute quick iterations and tweaks on creative assets based on feedback or campaign adjustments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Graduate of a graphic design or related program.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design software.
• Prior experience in agency, corporate or internship settings is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and brand aesthetics.
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Strong time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptive to fast-paced and agile working environments
