Graphics Designer

Rolaam Fashions is hiring a Graphics Designer responsible for producing compelling visual content and managing digital designs for both client orders and company branding. This role requires technical proficiency in graphic design software, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with production and marketing teams to deliver high-quality designs.

Reports to: The Director
Station: Kampala, Uganda
Responsibilities:

• Develop creative visual concepts, layouts, and designs for various apparel and branding needs.
• Design and prepare artwork for digital and print use, including client-specific requests.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are print-ready and tailored for embroidery or DTF printing.
• Create weekly social media graphics and marketing materials to promote the brand.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Adapt and optimize designs for different garment types and production processes.
• Manage design flyers, mockups, and project timelines efficiently.
• Requirements:
• Diploma in Industrial Art, Graphic Design, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
• At least one year’s experience in a similar field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• A strong eye for visual composition and detail
• Demonstrated experience in creating professional design work for apparel or branding
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Creativity, flexibility, and initiative in solving design-related challenges.
