Description
Inspirit Uganda limited is seeking an experienced and charismatic Front Desk Manager to lead our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and poise
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest registrations and payments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Develop and implement processes to improve front desk efficiency and guest satisfaction
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
