Inspirit Uganda limited is seeking an experienced and charismatic Front Desk Manager to lead our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and poise
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest registrations and payments
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
  • Develop and implement processes to improve front desk efficiency and guest satisfaction
    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
