Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance and Administration Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to oversee and manage financial operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and have a strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Support the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate administrative duties, including office management and staff support.
  • Assist with audits and ensure adherence to financial controls.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and administration roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
