Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance and Administration Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to oversee and manage financial operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and have a strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Support the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate administrative duties, including office management and staff support.
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to financial controls.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and administration roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
