KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver and receive office documents and parcels
Assist in keeping the office clean and organized
Run office errands when required
Support staff with daily administrative duties
Welcome and guide office visitors politely
Manage and update the company’s social media accounts
Respond to simple customer inquiries online and via phone
Help in posting job adverts and company updates online
Maintain proper filing and arrangement of office documents
Perform any other office duties assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
Female aged between 18 – 25 years
Must be hardworking and willing to work
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Smart, disciplined, and presentable
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Staying near or around Nansana is an added advantage
