Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product/service information to customers.
Sales Administration
• Handle sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry.
• Maintain sales records and reports.
Administrative Tasks
• Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide support to the sales and customer service teams.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales administration.
• Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
