Coffee Shop Manager
Endiro Coffee Shop is hiring an experienced and dynamic Coffee Shop Manager to lead our Nakasero branch. This role requires a passionate leader who can drive business growth while upholding our values of excellence, hospitality, and impact.
Key Result Areas
• Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of baristas and staff to uphold Endiro’s hospitality standards.
• Maintain high-quality coffee and food service standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Monitor inventory, control waste, and manage costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer engagement, and community involvement.
• Handle financial management, including cash handling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Foster a welcoming and positive work environment for staff and customers alike.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the coffee, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Passion for coffee, people, and community impact.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
