Client Relations Administrator

NFT Consult Limited is hiring a Client Relations Administrator responsible for ensuring timely allocation of all funds with unclear bank narrations by proactively engaging relevant accounts to match transactional details. Additionally, the position involves performing daily reconciliations of the unallocated funds file to consistently reduce outstanding balances and improve financial accuracy

CLIENT BRIEF:
Our client is an integrated financial service provider in East Africa, partnering with individuals and corporates to offer financial solutions including General Insurance, Life Insurance, Asset Management, Investment, and Banking.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciliation of the unallocated file, allocating funds for the new clients whose money reflected before they opened the accounts.
- Contacting accounts whose details match the narrations reflected by the bank in order to ascertain ownership.
- Preparing Withdraw reconciliation reports indicating the original amounts received, date, the bank narrations, and the current amount to be allocated to the client.
- Preparing Deposit reconciliation reports indicating the amount to be allocated, date of allocation and the client details to which the funds are to be allocated.
- Ensuring that the reconciliation reports are fully signed off for filling.
- Ensuring that the identified funds are allocated to the respective accounts.
- Reminding clients with unallocated funds on how to indicate their details correctly to ensure timely allocation in the future.
- Contacting the other related businesses i.e., Life and General Insurance
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor of Business Management or related course
Skills and Competencies
- Proven analytical skills.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in all MS office applications
- Strong business acumen and good understanding of the market
- High levels of energy, drive, creativity, and innovation
Knowledge & Experience
- 1 Year experience in Treasury roles (cash flow, bank reconciliation & reports)
- 1 Year experience in Suspense account management, allocation, and reports
