Job duties:
• Supervise food preparation, portioning, presentation, and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality meals and efficiency.

• Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, controlling food costs, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

• Plan and price menu items, ensuring proper portion control and cost management while training staff on safety and equipment use.

Requirements:
• Diploma in culinary arts or related field.
• Proven experience in kitchen management and food preparation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
