Description
Role Overview:
The Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation in our restaurant. This role requires creativity, culinary expertise, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene. The Chef will work closely with the restaurant management to develop menus, manage kitchen staff, and ensure customer satisfaction through delicious and visually appealing dishes.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
- Fluent in English reading and writing.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and food preparation techniques.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor food inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with management to create menus and specials.
