Sparrow Training Academy is hiring Cashiers will manage financial transactions with accuracy and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance the guest experience. You will handle payments, maintain records, and ensure smooth operations at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments accurately using cash, card, or mobile payment systems.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Greet customers warmly and address inquiries related to billing or menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Assist with daily financial reconciliations and report discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with waitstaff and supervisors to resolve payment-related issues.
