Liberty General Insurance Uganda is hiring a Business Analyst and Application Support Officer with the following requirements;
Requirements
- Experience in process analysis and improvement.
- Familiarity with workflow and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess risk & follow change-control processes.
- Experience working with systems and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Review business processes, identify pain points, and recommend practical improvements.
- Support automation, track results through dashboards and reports, manage change requests, and help resolve system and application issues.
