Victoria Equipment Limited is hiring a dynamic and self-motivated AfterSales Officer with a background in Auto or Mechanical Engineering. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for all VEQ brands.
  • Actively promote and sell VEQ products across the Ugandan market.
  • Conduct regular and effective customer visits nationwide.
  • Perform machine walk-arounds, preventive maintenance inspections, and technical evaluations, providing actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports, including customer visit summaries, call reports, machine condition assessments, and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and machine population data.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with parts, service, sales, and OEM representatives to ensure seamless delivery of services and parts to customers.
  • Promptly follow up on customer feedback and escalate to relevant departments.
  • Submit comprehensive activity reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:
      • Mechanical Engineering
      • Auto Engineering
      • Commerce
      • Marketing
      • Economics & Development Economics
      • Business Studies
      • International Business
      • Sales & Marketing
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar aftersales or customer-facing role.
