Barista
Our client, a café and restaurant in Naalya, is hiring a Barista who can bring both skill and personality to the coffee bar.
What You’ll Do:
• Create coffee masterpieces, from rich espressos to frothy lattes, with precision and flair.
• Keep the coffee bar running like a well-tuned jazz ensemble—clean, efficient, and always stocked.
• Interact with customers in a warm, engaging way that matches the restaurant’s retro-cool vibe.
• Experiment with new recipes and creative drink presentations to keep things fresh.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
• A skilled barista with hands-on experience in a café or restaurant setting.
• Passion for coffee, with a deep understanding of brewing techniques and equipment.
• A people person who can make every guest feel like they just walked into their favorite neighborhood spot.
• Ability to keep up in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Uganda.
