Volven Staffing and Recruitment Limited is hiring 3 Female Muslim office messengers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage office supplies and keep track of inventory.
  • Provide general support to other departments as needed.
  • Travelling for business purposes
  • Meeting up with clients

Required Qualifications:

  • 18years to 25 years
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A professional and courteous demeanor.
