General Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of O-Level Certificate (UCE) or equivalent for operational roles;
- Diploma or relevant qualification for Supervisors and Data Entrants.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail, supermarket floor operations, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Key Skills: High level of integrity, good communication skills, teamwork, and readiness to work flexible retail shifts.
