Centenary Bank is hiring a Business Process Optimization Manager responsible for optimizing the Bank’s business processes and aligning the business process outcomes with the organization’s strategic goals.
Reports to: Chief Manager Business Transformation
Salary Band: CB-4
Key Result Areas:
- Build and maintain the repository of the Bank’s processes, Standard Operating Procedures, policies to ensure changes are controlled. validated and approved.
- Determine the impact of changes (system changes, system upgrades, changes in legislation, etc.) on existing business processes roles and responsibilities.
- Continuously seek new methodologies, tools and introduce innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance efficiency and profitability and assist the Bank to meet its business objectives and goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop business process requirements and improvements.
- Responsible for the communication and cascading of process documentations to the end users.
- Responsible for the integration of effective controls in the various Bank Processes recommended and developed.
- Evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes Measure, monitor and control the performance of processes to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business or IT related Discipline
Required Skills and Competences
- Over 3 years” experience in Process development in a Banking environment
- Communicating with Impact
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Leading and supervising Planning and Organizing
- Understanding data and generating solutions
- Highly Computer Iterate
