SBA Uganda is hiring a Customer Service Agent to generate customer feedback on product experience and customer service efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Record tickets and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Document information accurately.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and services.
