Description
SBA Uganda is hiring a Customer Service Agent to generate customer feedback on product experience and customer service efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Record tickets and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Document information accurately.
- Stay knowledgeable about products and services.
