Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tasty, well-balanced meals for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Work closely with nutritionists to meet special dietary needs (e.g. diabetic, pediatric, soft diets).
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Manage kitchen supplies and help minimize waste.
• Lead and support the kitchen team to ensure meals are ready on time.
• Bring care and creativity into every plate because food is part of healing.

Looking for a qualified chef with:

• A Certificate or Diploma in Catering
• Experience in hospital or institutional cooking
