Bridge of Ambitions Foundation is hiring a Receptionist
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and managing calls.
- Maintain office supplies and scheduling of meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Handle correspondence and file management.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming front office environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
