Mogo Uganda is hiring a skilled and customer-focused Loan Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering financial advice, analyzing financial information, evaluating loan applications, preparing loan documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and staying updated on market trends.
Reporting To: Phone Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address any concerns or questions about loan products and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Advise clients on the best loan products suited to their needs and business goals.
- Offer personalized financial guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
- Assess and interpret clients’ financial records, including income, debts, and credit history.
- Determine clients’ ability to repay loans based on their financial status.
- Review applicants’ financial status, credit reports, and loan documentation to assess the risk associated with each loan application.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
