Sparrow Training Academy is hiring a Manager to lead the restaurant’s operations, driving business success while ensuring an outstanding dining experience. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, from staff management to financial performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals, including revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage and mentor the restaurant team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
• Coordinate with the cost/stock and purchasing controllers to optimize resources.
