Swimming Coach

Greenhill Academy Schools is hiring a skilled and passionate Swimming Coach to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in competitive swimming, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Instruct learners in both basic and advanced swimming techniques.
2. Monitor and assess swimmers’ progress, providing constructive feedback and ensuring tracking of improvement.
3. Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers during training sessions, adhering to best practices in pool safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum:
  • Diploma in Sports Science.
  • Level 1 Swimming Instructor Certification.
• Added Advantage:
  • Level 2 Swimming Instructor Certification and/or a Degree in Sports Science.
• Demonstrated expertise in swimming techniques, training drills, and coaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with swimmers of various ages and skill levels.
• Note: Only candidates who are available to start immediately will be considered.
