
Avanti Energy Services Limited is hiring a QA/QC inspector to support our client in the dynamic oil and gas sector. This is a critical role for a results-oriented professional committed to advancing clear and quality goals while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Inspecting materials, workmanship, and processes to maintain quality.
- Identifying and resolving defects or non-conformities.
- Maintaining documentation and quality reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Inspection & Testing, Conducting quality checks on materials, equipment, and work processes.
- Compliance – Ensuring adherence to industry standards
- Documentation – Maintaining inspection reports, test records, and NCRs.
- Defect Resolution – Identifying quality issues and assist in corrective actions.
- Coordination – Working with engineers, contractors, and clients to uphold quality.
- Safety Assurance – Ensuring quality procedures align with safety regulations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certification: Valid and relevant QA/QC certifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a QA/QC inspection role, preferably in oil & gas, EPC projects, or industrial construction.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, industry standards, documentation, non-destructive testing (NDT), and excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.
