Call Center Agent

Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring a call center agent for our client in the manufacturing industry. The individual will be responsible for invoicing customer orders, implementing invoicing procedures, and managing databases while handling multiple client accounts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet daily targets set by the Supervisor.
- Accurately input and maintain sales data into the SYSPRO system or Excel on a daily basis.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer details, such as addresses, on invoices and delivery notes, in line with sales orders and LPOs.
- Verify that product codes, prices, and quantities on invoices and delivery notes match the details outlined in the sales orders and LPOs.
- Apply the correct terms and conditions, including discounts and prices, as negotiated by the sales team.
- Ensure the appropriate terms and conditions are applied for different client categories, such as dealers and corporate companies.
- Monitor product availability in stock and ensure timely execution of invoices and delivery notes.
- Follow up on incorrect orders caused by errors in specifications to ensure timely cancellation.
- Address pricing discrepancies, including overcharges or undercharges, and initiate the necessary corrections
- Ensure that sales order specifications align with invoices and delivery notes, and ensure proper printing of documents.
- Perform other duties as required by may be assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail to optimize invoicing processes.
- Ability to think analytically and critically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team
- Capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Experience with MS Office applications is essential
