Tico Travels is hiring a Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, selling travel packages, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

You will play a crucial role in promoting our services, customizing travel experiences for customers, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key performance areas:

Sales and Client Relations:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
• Sell travel packages, including flights, accommodations, guided tours, and transportation.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, and create personalized itineraries.

• Provide detailed and accurate information about destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research and Promotion:
• Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Promote special offers, seasonal packages, and group travel deals to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to organize campaigns, promotional events, and social media outreach.
• Represent the company at travel expos, trade shows, and networking events.

Customer Support:
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

• Ensure smooth communication with service providers, including hotels, airlines, and transport companies, to deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Assist clients with travel documentation, including visa applications and itinerary confirmations.

Key Skills and Education Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or any related course.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, travel trends, and tour packages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
