Human Resource Lead
Outbox is hiring a Human Resource Lead to spearhead and oversee all aspects of the people function at Outbox, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong HR operational focus, capable of driving Human Resource initiatives that align with our organizational goals. The role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and development, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
The Human Resource Lead will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
