Hotel Operations Supervisor

Seven Ranges Hotel is hiring a Hotel Operations Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, leadership skills, and knowledge of accounting & management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee daily hotel operations.
✔ Ensure proper balancing/accounting of goods.
✔ Handle computer-related tasks such as responding to emails, sending quotations, and creating documents in MS Word & MS Excel.
✔ Lead and motivate the operations team to ensure daily progress.
✔ Provide daily reports to the manager.
✔ Handle fieldwork tasks as needed, such as purchasing, shopping, and maintenance.
✔ Gather client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
✔ Work closely with the chef to maintain hygiene, improve food taste, and meet client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hotel Management.
✔ 2-3 years of experience in a Uganda Registered Hotel Association-authorized hotel.
