Job Description/Requirements
Essential Jobs Duties and Functions:
- Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Understands 10 steps of Services
- Equipping yourself with full and accurate Food and Beverage menu knowledge.
- Uses salesmanship to maximize sales. (Upselling and suggesting skills)
- Takes and rings carry-out orders from the guests and ensures accuracy
- Always maintains a clean working station.
- Venue set up, Maintain Proper, and Adequate set-up of the floor / lounge and Restaurant daily.
- Accurately complete payment transactions.
- Possession of tools of trade ( 1 Dark green & 1 Dark grey cloth, 2 black pens, 1 Lighter,1 Waiter’s friend) & Correctly uses tools of trade.
- Ensures all food and drinks are served within company standards of quality and freshness.
- Observes and responds to guests.
- Handles guest comments or complaint in a professional manner and gets management when necessary.
- Reporting to your section in appropriate uniform.
- Clears and cleans tables throughout shift (Clear as you go)
