Mogo Uganda is hiring a Telesales Agent in the Sales Department at Mogo to handle outbound/inbound calls, promote financial products, and convert leads into sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Mogo’s financial products.
  • Effectively explain product features, benefits, and terms to customers, tailoring the pitch to suit their specific needs.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Follow up on warm leads and manage a pipeline of prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in ERP.
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business for Mogo.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales and/or customer support role.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and related processes.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer literacy skills.
