Mogo Uganda is hiring a Telesales Agent in the Sales Department at Mogo to handle outbound/inbound calls, promote financial products, and convert leads into sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Mogo’s financial products.
- Effectively explain product features, benefits, and terms to customers, tailoring the pitch to suit their specific needs.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Follow up on warm leads and manage a pipeline of prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in ERP.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business for Mogo.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales and/or customer support role.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and related processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer literacy skills.
